Shipping Information

Free Domestic Shipping

Free shipping on all domestic (U.S.) orders over $200. This offer applies to standard shipping within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Custom restoration work and special orders may require additional time. We will provide an estimated completion date for all custom work.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping options available at checkout include:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (where available)

Domestic Shipping Rates

For orders under $200, shipping rates are based on package weight:

  • 0-3 lbs: $12.00
  • 3-6 lbs: $17.00
  • 6-20 lbs: $25.00

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries via DHL Express and USPS. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions.

Estimated duties and import taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout, so you'll know the full cost of your order before completing your purchase — no surprise fees at delivery.

Golf Club Packaging

Every hickory club is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Clubs are wrapped in protective materials and shipped in sturdy tubes or boxes designed for golf equipment. We take great care to protect these valuable pieces during transit.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to become active.

Returns & Exchanges

All Sales Final

All sales are final. Due to the unique, vintage, and handcrafted nature of our hickory golf clubs and restoration work, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
