These shafts are fantastic blanks. They are sturdy and in a partially turned state. With good lathe these turn into ready to go shafts with just a bit of elbow grease and sanding. I try to replace shafts when repairing clubs but they are not always in a salvageable condition. It is wonderful to have a few of these on hand for when a shaft needs to be replaced fully.
